The inaugural 3rd and 4th Grade Bootcamp Brunch was held at the Cleora School Gym on Wednesday, March 12th. This was hosted by Coach Lori Green and Coach Ashley Haire and was a culminating activity for the 3rd and 4th grade physical education classes who had been working out “Bootcamp” style since returning from Christmas break. The parents were invited to come and work out with their students and watch as the students performed various exercises. Sean Bridges, the Health Educator for the counties of Delaware and Ottawa, gave a presentation on personal hygiene habits. The event ended with a dodgeball game that featured the students vs. the parents and finally a brunch that featured healthy snacks.
